unable to retrieve Teamviewer account (individual)

I have a Teamviewer account, unfortunately, I enabled double authentication and I changed my phone (so no longer the application). It is also impossible to deliver the recovery code. I contacted a forum moderator (obviously they are able to delete the account) but I got no answer.

Can someone help me ????
