Could not connect to partner

I have 3 computers associated with my account. Let's call them A, B and C. When I try to connect to A from B (using password) I can't. It shows a message: Could not connect to partner. Then I try to connect to C from B - it works. Then (connection B-C is still active) I try to connect with A from C - it works! So why can't I connect directly with A from B? I restarted B and it didn't help.

I wrote to TeamViewer helpdesk and they fixed it. But for a few days after that I saw warning messages that they suspect I don't use TeamViewer for personal use only. So it seems it was a kind of punishment, however not in the point, since I use TV only to operate a game on my remote computer
