Teamviewer and Withholding Tax

Hello everybody,

Does anybody know how to obtain a confirmation from German Tax office that Teamviewer GmbH is a German resident in order to decrease withholding tax for Teamviewer licences ?

My country, Argentina, has tax agreements to avoid double taxation, and I need this certificate to avoid paying taxes. Today I am transferring the tax to my clients, but I want to avoid it and decrease the price of my quotes.
