computer that connects to TV13 is shown as offline all the time

So this is an odd one. I suspect it has to do with some software but I'm not able to figure out which. The computer has been uninstalled TV and reinstalled fresh TV13. It can remote out but all the other computers cannot remote into it.  Very frustrating as it is my favorite and most important computer.  It is always online, but TV12 and 13 have shown it offline.  It is not a hard disk problem, so I don't know what else to do....

I have adjusted AVG firewall and double checked other security programs and still no dice.
Is it possible Windows Defender can do this?  AVG Firewall allows TeamViewer "all ports" in and out. Also AVG does not do this on any other computer.

Please help someone at TV development!
