Admin user name, pw and domain when upd host from ver 7 to 13

When I update TeamViewer on the remote computer (Host version) from ver. 7 to 13 - I am asked to enter admin user name, pw and domain.

I can only enter user name and pw - as their are no field for domain.

When I enter the user name and pw I can think of - it comes up with an error saying view logfile.

I don't now where to find the log file and I don't know which user name and pw I am asked to enter - as I cannot think of other than the one I am entering?

Did you try:

domain\username

and so the password for this user?
