My mom is one state away from me. She is 90. I use Team Viewer to go on her computer to fix problems she runs into. She is going blind and has limited vision. Is there a way to connect to her computer without her always trying to read the numbers and password for me to gain access to her computer. She has to use a large light and huge magnifying glass to read to me and it usually is wrong, especially the password with the mixture of alphabets and numbers. I usually input the wrong password so many times it throttles me and I have to sit and wait the 30 seconds for her to try to read it again. Appreciate any help. Please be explicit if there is a way to do this. It took me months to get the hang of this program and I am happy with the limited use I understand. Thanks.
