Some programs (like Mozilla Firefox) have a blank screen on remote PC

Hi there,

When I take over my remote win10 machine from another location I can't see what's in the Firefox browser anymore, all other programs seem fine, but the Firefox pages are just white , even when I know for sure that they are okay on the PC I take over.

This also happened with Photoshop CC once, but that worked again after re-starting the program, with Firefox stays like this after a reboot. I'm pretty sure though that it did work before the latest updates of Firefox and/or Teamviewer.

What could this be?

I do have my screen locked and monitor turned off at home when I take over the PC.

But why is it not white in the rest of the programs, just in Firefox, I can see the rest of the open programs....

Check thatth e remote screen is not off. If it's a laptop, if the lid is closed, and screen is off, then you get a white screen when you remote in....
