Hi,
New to TeamViewer. At first it worked great logging onto my home Mac mini from my work PC. Now I can access the Mac (Sierra 10.12.6, can't update due to software/driver conflict) login screen, but when I type the password it accepts it, but then I get a TeamViewer error "The screen cannot be captured at the moment...." and booted out.
It had only occurred previously if I had rebooted the machine remotely. The second time I would remote in it would work fine once the machine was up and running. But now I get the message every time I try to log in, a vicious loop. I've tried it on multiple PCs as well as a Mac. So has to be something within the Mac mini, I just don't know what.
Any help would be appreciated.
