Hi folks. I'm supporting a small NGO and one of my users is getting the following message, sometimes (I couldn't find a trace of it when I logged into his machine the following day.) Here is a screen shot. 
I have never had this pop up on my machine, nor have any of the other users. I've looked for settings for this, but been unable to find one. Can anyone point me to how to shut this off? Running on Windows 10, a standard Dell laptop.
