Outlook 2013 error: "The number of scheduled meetings exceeds the maximum"

Hi all,

We've got a user on a corporate license who is getting the following error every time he tries to start a meeting from the Outlook button:

"The number of scheduled meetings exceeds the maximum."

He's on the same license as everyone else in the company and he is the only one who is having this problem. He was on TeamViewer 8 until this morning, I just updated him to TV13. Not sure if that would be relevant.

Just got off the phone with tech support b/c I couldn't figure this one out. I'm posting for anyone else who searches for this. If you have the user recieving the error launch their console. Have them navigate on the console page to the start meeting/ join meeting portion of the console. Under schedule meeting you'll see "My Meetings" in blue. Click that and that will be a list of all the meetings that user has scheduled. Remove what is old and unneeded. Hope this helps!
