Why Can't I Control my Android Device?

The same for me. Universal add-on is not compatible obviously. Can you tell us when this will be fixed or will it be at all? Since we have to make decision to switch to some other remote access tool.

Hello, Scotty. I have the same issue with blue hand, which allow me to point at the screen but I cannot control the screen of the phone XIAOMI MI 11 Lite, which I need to access through my windows 8.

On the phone I installed QuickSupport and universal add-on.

Right after I installed universal add-on I was able to connect and control the phone, but after I disconnected and was connected again I had only blue hand and no control option.

I uninstalled and installed again the universal add-on and the same things happen, the first connection was fine and gave me control of the phone option but the next connection gave me only blue hand option.

Is this because universal add-on doesn't support phone XIAOMI MI 11 Lite?

Hi all,

I also have the same problem with my Zebra MC33 mobile terminal with Android 8.1.0 and without Google Play Services. TeamViewer Host (downloaded as *.apk file) works only in screen sharing mode but without Remote Control mode and even is not asking me to download the Universal Add-On. Even if I downloaded and installed it from *.apk file nothing has changed. Special permission granted, stay on top also, installation from unknown sources also, StageNow used from this manual:

It only shows a blue hand as a coursor which is visible on mobile terminal. Where should I look for the solution? The same issue is with Zebra MC33 with Android 10 and Google Play Services installed on it. Please help.
