I was told by support to whitelist *@teamvierwer.com and *@servicecamp.com to allow notifications for ServiceCamp. The problem is that the headers for emails do not contain these domains as the sender and white listing these domains do not allow messages through. The sender shows as (random String)@Eu-west-1.amazonses.com. We can not whitelist this domain as it is not exclusive to TV or SC and there is no telling what else will get through. Can we get an IP list os some way to whitelist notifications in our spam filters?

Could you please double check that those IPs are whitelisted in your system.
I have the same problem - i have just added those 2 IPs to the Blocklist but that didnt work either
