There are a little panel who come with the last update and he come back everytime i open a remote session ...

How i can definitly close it?

Thank you for your post. It looks like, that your client device has a minor version of TeamViewer.

Please make sure, that your connection partner has a major version of the installed version.

For example:
Version 10 --> v10.0.93450
Version 11 --> v11.0.93231
Version 12 --> v12.0.95388
