When I try to "wake on lan" I now get this message: "The device cannot be reached directly and no neighbor is available."  It worked fine until about a week ago.  Now the computer goes to sleep and will not wake up remotly.

From the web management console I get; "The configured neighbors for waking the device up are offline."

thank you for your comments. Were you all able to use it and now, not?

Or is it the first time you want to use it? Did you check if Wake on lan is the appropriate method?
