How to Report Illegal Use? Cut-rate IT company using free version.

Hi, new to the community but not to TV. I noticed a while ago that our firms IT company is using a free version of TeamViewer. Since I called them out on it they are now switching to another program. My question is why isn't there an easy way to report this?

I have my own private account for personal use and when I tell them that I can give them my ID and pswd they freaked out and said it would show up as commercial use if they tried to log into my computer.

You are of course right, that submitting a ticket is only possible for license holders. In this case I would like to offer you and others who cannot open a ticket to send me a PM via the commnity and I will forward the information internally.

Thank you for the reply. As I am a private user and do not have a license, I cannot submit a ticket and therefore cannot report the incident. Also, this would be the case for any company using it illegally, without a license # they cannot report it either.
