Is it possible to create reports on custom fields?

At this moment there is no option to have ready report based on custom fields.However you can go with the following workaround.You can export tickets list for desired period for each inbox in csv format and make necesary reporting in excel or inport that data into other analytic tool.
To export tickets list go to Administration->Inboxes->click on needed inbox->scroll down to the bottom of opened window->click on "Export ticket meta data" link.
