Hi,
I installed Teamviewer 13 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server with unattended access enabled but when i log out from RDP, Teamviewer also closes. Teamviewer is already added in Windows Firewall Exceptions list.

Actually i was using the Teamviewer ID of the server available only for that Remote Desktop User i am using to login to the server which instead of using the Server's permanent Teamviewer ID.
