Downloading Error Message: Page not found

I am trying to help a family member download TeamViewer and every time he chooses "Download" he receives the message "Page Not Found".

Our IT asked for some additional information (if you prefer, please feel free to send it to me via private message):

Which link did you choose and which button did you click?
What is your location (country)?
Did you use any other browser than IE11, Firefox or Safari?
What is your OS?

Esther, this link takes you to the common download page but when you select an OS version you get this message

This page can’t be displayed

Make sure the web address https://dl.tvcdn.de is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.

I have tried IE11, Firefox and Safari, none can find the page.
