QuickSupport don't work anymore

We use the Quicksupport to help our customers around the world, but it has stopped working.

When I try to connect to the customer I get 'Failed: Reason unknown', On the customer side they get 'Protocol negotiation Failed. Please try again'

We have a link to the Quicksupport on our webpage and we have also tried with the version on your webpage, both with the same error.

What seems to be the problem?

    good morning. I installed the latest update of team viewer but I can not connect to another PC to have access remotely (always indicates connection in progress). I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but to no avail. thank you
