We use the Quicksupport to help our customers around the world, but it has stopped working.
When I try to connect to the customer I get 'Failed: Reason unknown', On the customer side they get 'Protocol negotiation Failed. Please try again'
We have a link to the Quicksupport on our webpage and we have also tried with the version on your webpage, both with the same error.
What seems to be the problem?
