Upgraded from Free to Business on 7/28 but computer still shows as Free and I get knocked off after 5 minutes. Never receied invoice with License number. HELP!!! I need unlimited Teamviewer like I purchsed!!!
We have added this PC to the account and still are showing it is a free version and are kicked out as soon as we logon.

Thanks for posting.
The license is not activated on the device itself, but it is connected to your TeamViewer Account. Because of this, you need to make sure that you are signed in with your TeamViewer Account to your Computers & Contacts list to have licensed connections.
