Email notifications for one of our staff agents is set to blocked every night. Is this a known issue or is there a way of stopping it from happening?

We did some changes on our side that should fix this issue. Please keep eye on that staff agent and do let me know if it happens again.
Please also whitelist our mailserver IP addresses: 54.240.53.148 and 54.240.53.149.

I checked it this morning and Roy was still configured to receive notification emails.

If you want to turn off notification emails for Roy please go to Administration menu -> Staff Agents -> click on needed staff and at the bottom of opened window you will see drop-down menu with notification options. If you want to turn off notifications then choose "Disable all notifications" and save your changes.
In case if Roy email account stil gets blocked in Servicecamp we will check it , just please let us know when last time it was blocked.
