Turn off Show Comment Window after each session

The check box for "Show comment window after each session" is grayed out in Extras\Options\Computers & Contacts. Please help.

Hi @bill_eversole,
probably your account is connected to a license of which you are not the administrator, but a simple user.
The ability to configure activated/deactivated this element requires a permission to administer your profile. You should contact the administrator of your TeamViewer license.
