Teamviewer when app is open Dark faded window in the way cant do anything but when i close app its g

I have a problem with teamviewer 13 when the application is open a faded dark window appears and in the window i cant click or do anything in the window but when i minimize the application all is fine again what can it be ? note this is on all workstations at the office doing the same thing. 

any help would be great thanks

Yes try older version of teamviewer i reverted to teamviewer 12  and my problems were gone try to install it in a fresh way reset all settings a fresh install hope this helps.
