Starting last week, whenever I try to access my desktop using my laptop via Team Viewer, I get an error message that Team Viewer is not running on the partner computer. When I return to my desktop, I cannot find any trace of the Team Viewer program on my desktop and have to download it again and re-install it. Then I can access this computer remotely from my laptop. This has happened about 4 times. Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to prevent it from happening again?
