Computers and partners

I have teamviewer free edition and i used to be able to see my partners but now i cannot from a windows machine, I can from my mac. Also i do not have the green icon to say i am online on the windows machine

Too bad ... with TV 13 you have the possibility to choose between old and new graphic interface.
Maybe that was what you were interested in knowing...

Hi i can type my username and i can type my password but when i click sign in nothing happens no error

Thanks for the image.

Just to verify that I am getting the issue right:

1. You can type in your email-address of your TeamViewer account in the upper field, but you can not type in your password in the lower field.

2. You are missing the green light in the TeamViewer icon in the tray menu.

Regarding 1:

Do you get any error messages?

Regarding 2:

The green light in the tray manu appears only when you are signed in with your account.
To see the Ready connect (Secure connection) light, you need to switch to the remote control tab:

I cannot enter password but it shows online from my mac

To insert an image in a post:

Click on the Reply button
Click Photos in the editors toolbar.
Choose one of the image source options and follow the on-screen instructions.
