connect to host but no action allowed

Hi everibody,

I'm trying to control to a remote Mac, but after connection the screen is freezed and no action is allowed to me.

Both machines are running version 13.2.14328

This is happening after I've set the automatic display shut down in the energy saving options of the remote machine; when I set "always turn on the monitor" Teamviewer works fine.

What's wrong?

As you can see in other threads on this forum, the problem is due to a bug in version 13 of TeamViewer. This very serious bug apparently has been known to TeamViewer for several weeks and they still have not fixed it. The only workaround seems to be to revert to version 12, if you are fortunate enough to have access to all computers, and turn off automatic updates.

I am having the same issue. Also trying to access a Mac.

I can connect using the Unattended Access Remote Control with Password. I can see the desktop of the computer I'm remotely accessing but absolutely no responsiveness to my clicks on the desktop. As if I have no permission other than to screen share.
