I have been assigned three automated service cases today from three unknown individuals. We only use Teamviewer with service calls that we start. Where did these three cases come from?
I started reciving service cases from stangers shortly after setting QuickSupport and I am now receiving several each day.
I don't beleve someone here shared my details. Can I block all cases that has no description?
Where do these come from? they are not with our company, it happens 2-4 times a month that we are assigned unknown users.

Check from the management console for a Quick Support module connected to your account. If present, is it possible that the same has been distributed voluntarily by your structure?
