Long time waiting for "Comment window" after connection ends

I need to leave comments after each connection for GDPR reasons and for my accounting department.

The problem is that very often I must wait even 1 minutes to Comment Window appears.

My system specyfication is:  PC with Win10Pro + Intel i7 + SSD +   30Mbit Upload + 30Mbit Download Internet fiber optic connection

Could somebody confirm the same problem ?

Same problem, even faster internet and faster PC. happens on multiple machines, Windows 10 and 11 with the newest TV. This started about a year ago and keeps coming back every few days. Today's horrible.
