Hi, Teamviewer has set my ID to free upon request but I still get commercial error when trying to connect. Have tried logging in / out from that id. What can I do please?ThanksJK

Filled the Commercial usage suspect form trice, received two "your account has been reset to free" mails, still getting the warning and the extremely usefull 1 minute every 15 minutes session limit...
No way to contact anyone by phone or mail... seriously thinking about giving up and switching to other sw.
