Unattended access is set up on the remote PC but message says Teamview not running

I have set up unattended access on the remote PC but whenever I try to connect it says teamviewer is not running on the remote PC. Does someone have to start Teamviewer up on the remote PC every time I need to access it? What happens when the PC is turned off and back on, will someone have to start Teamviewer up again?

I set up the remote PC to have unattended access. When I try to access it remotely it says Teamviewer is not running on the remote PC. Do I have to have someone manually bring up Teamviewer every time I need access. I thought unattended access meant I could access the remote PC without someone being present.
