Hi @deadlies,
Which OS is installed on the remote side? For the Commercial Use you have to fill out the following form: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/commercial-use-suspected/
Best, Natascha
I have the same issue - I am tryign to fis my mothers macbook air in Germany with my macbook pro in the US - both have TV13
I'm having the same problem. The message I get is a connection timeout, with a time when I will be able to reconnect. But, I hadn't connected in the first place, and when waiting for the time to pass, I get the same message, and a new timeout.
I, too, was getting the commercial use timeout. I'm in a similar boat. I have several machines at home, and one remote, that I connect to via TeamViewer.

What is displayed within the software when you try to establish a connection?
Hello Natasha,
Thank your for your quick answer, I'm able to connect to my account but not to remotly control my mac using the teamviewer app
I see the screen but the mouse and keyboard are not working.
This summer, I had a warning : teamviewer is detecting a commercial use. It's not my case I help my family and a friend (and I don't charge for that)

Thanks for your post.
