Change license to another another company's

SO I have been using TeamViewer 11 and 12 with my own company and are really happy with it.

Now I have started working with a new company and they use vesrion 13 and has been nice enough to include me in their company license! But when I try to upgrade on my computers I get the message that I do not have a license for this version! And most of their clients use version 13 so I am not able to help them if they need assistance!

SO how do I change to using their license on my two computers?

Thank you for your post.

It sounds like the previous version's license could still be associated with the TeamViewer ID of the device. 

Could you please give our support team a call so they may further assist you with this?
