Using Server 2016 with TV 12 Host. Why every user has a different TV-ID?

Hi.
I am using TV12 Host on a Windows Server 2016.
It is working!

The problem is, that I get for every user which is logged on, a different TV ID.

I want only ONE ID for this maschine, how to disable this "user ID" future?
