remote into users PC but needing administrator access

Quite often, I remote into my customer’s PC as their domain account but that account is usually locked down and I can’t do many support fixes. I need to be able to log into that same workstation as the domain admin but I don’t know how to do that without giving the end user the domain administrator password. I’m sure there is a way to do this but I don’t know how. Can you please help me with this issue?

Thanks for your post.

You might want to give the Windows authentication a try. This allows you to control the UAC without the need to give the enduser any administrator credentials.
