Hi
We have Teamveiwer 9 premium and had to reinstall windows on one of our computers. However when we installed Teamviewer 9 on the new windows and tried to activate it we get a message that the license number is not valid for this version of the program which is incorrect as I have it active on my home computer.
Adding to this I can not submit a support ticket as it asks for either email or license input & the buyer email (of my boss) says "couldn't link your email adress to a license" and if I enter the license it gives "license is not valid".
Please advise on how to fix this.
