New device emails coming in Russian?

My emails for new device logins are coming in Russian.

I never such a change, but in the summer I was traveling and used teamviewer on a Russian language machine. I have not used such a machine since.

How can I change the email language and/or all possible languages to be English?

My program display language is English, but that does not seem to have an effect.

Never mind, I logged into my online Teamviewer portal and one of the settings is Email Language which I set to English.
