Teamviewer shows machine as innactive after I logoff

I have TV 14 installed on a server with unnatended access enabled, it constantly shows as innactive, however if I connect to it via RDS and login it immediately shows as active in TV, then as soon as I end the session via RDS in becomes innactive in TV again as though the machine is off?

I can connect to it while it is active so the settings are correct.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just realised it is slightly more complicated than I first thought, TV does not show machine as active when I login via RDS, only after I login and startup TV by clicking it's icon.

Even if I leave the TV open on the desktop and end the RDS by closing rather than loggin of it still goes to inactive in TV.
