the program doesnt give me ID or password it only allows me to connect to other computer but the others cant connect to my computer

Thank you for posting.
In order to get the TeamViewer ID and Password, you need to install TeamViewer full version on your device.
Once you click the above install link, please select the OS you use on your device, then please click "download TeamViewer".
