I tried both LastPass authenicator (which you no longer list as compatible) and Microsoft Authenticator. Niether one will complete code verification.

I recommend you, if you have kept the recovery password, to re-activate the two-factors authentication with an app that belongs to our recommended applications.
In case you didn't keep this code, you will need to delete your account. Please DM a moderator (me for example ;-)) for support.
