Servicecamp. Reports with custom fields

Hi All.

When i try to export a report or connect with Power Bi Desktop, i never see the customs fields that i create.

Someone can help me?

We want to change our IT ticket system from Zendesk to Servicecamp, but it´s neccesary to export that information.

At this moment custom fields are not available in data that power bi loads.
