Can't control my phone (HTC- android 4.4.2) with both TV Host and QS

My HTC 620g smartphone is able to control win 10 computer, but when I try to control HTC with Host or QS i can see only processes, WiFi settings, Apps, and Dashboard (printscreen below). No Screenshooting and no Remote control Panel. I read that screenshooting is available on Android 5.0 at least. About remote control, is it just Kit Kat too or anything else?

For remote control, Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) is required.
