Computer & Contacts Breakout Tab/Panel missing in V14?

We just upgraded to version 14 and in previous versions you could breakout the computers & contacts to a simple tab/window that you could leave on your desktop.  This was handy way to see what computers we have at the office that are "offline", etc.  Has this feature been removed?
