Problem with remote access

Hi all.
I hope to express my problem:
My problem is, when I'm connected to a remote computer, we have to have the remote desktop session (windows) active, because otherwise when closing remote desktop or close the session, in my Team the screen remains in black or disconnects and gives the message that the program is not running on the associated device.
I have activated that Team starts when starting windows and has a password configured. I hope you can help me.
