Unable to activate license.

license could not be activated if it is not shown on your account, please contact our support

This error occurs when enter an ID after clicking the link in the purchase confirmation email.

Even if I try to issue a ticket, there is no mail that appears to be a license.

    Hi Yuri,

    I have this exact same problem, also unable to get my own support ticket with the license number on my invoice.

    Could you assist?
