Unable to control Teamviewer 14 on Windows 10

Hello, I just installed TeamViewer 14 on two windows systems. System A is able to connect and control system B with no issues. System B is able to connect to system A however unable to control System A. Control access is allowed any suggestions to fix the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks AB04

Under "Options > Advanced > Scroll to Advanced settings for connections to this computer" & "Options > Advanced > Scroll to Advanced settings for connections to other computers" there should a settings that says "Access Control". What are those set to?
