Problem to start a remote control with a Server ID

Hello everyone,

Firstly, i want to apologize for my bad english...

i tried to configure teamviewer on a server for having many remote desktop connexion on the same session. Today, my server has an user ID and a server ID. I can start a remote control with the user ID but, when i try with the server ID, teamviewer says "not runinng on the partner". I can only use the server ID when i'm connecting on server with RDP (with the message "screen cannot be captured").

I didn't found my problem here or on google so you're my last chance.

Did you find a solution for your problem? I'm having the same and google isn't helping much.
