  • I am receiving the message also on Windows 7/32 using both TV10 and TV12 during installation.

     

  • I tried the "Run as Administrator" also to no avail.

    That's unfortunate, it didn't work, that frequently takes care of similar problems. One other you could try is, attempting to install it in Safe mode, have you tried that? Also could you include a screenshot of the error you get, when trying to install?

    What exactly happens when you try and install? Does it give an error? Does it just not run? The more information, the better the chance I can help. Also do you have antivirus installed and if so which one?

  • Same here.  Rt clicking and running as admin did not resolve for me.

    I had the same issue with the installation failing. This was a re-installation after I "uninstalled it".

    I had to delete the TeamViewer folder in the temp directory as well, however I didn't have to do this in safe mode.

    I then ran the installation as administrator and it worked.

    then install again.

    i tried every solutions here, not working.

    only this option has worked.
