V14 not working in XP-SP3

PC with XP-SP3. This is a remote location. Unattended. Runs Teamviewer 11 correctly.

TV V11 will stop this summer (?)

Installed V14, installs OK, but will not run whatever I try.

Now back to V11.

How to solve this?

I found that V14 did download but NOT install: impossible to stop V11 from running: in the settings "start with Windows" unchecked, but still not possible to quit V11....

Any help???
