Upgarde to 14

I have already upgarade my team viewer to 14, however everytime I open the team viewer, it tells me to upgrade to the 14. When I go to Help and check for the latest version, it tell me that I am already at 14.

I use the teamviewer to connect to another computer that only has the host feature of teamviewer. I have tried to see if there is a section that allows me to upgrade the host, but I can't not find it.

Can someone please tell me why it keeps asking me to upgrade?

Do you have the possibility to manually update your Host module on the remote computer?

Hi Ester:

I looked at the document link you provided. I do not have a feature on mine to allow remote update as was shown. My version is the free version.

Action -> Remote update

Maybe it refers to the remote device to update to TeamViewer 14.
