Cannot Start Support Ticket

I've tried three or four times over the last two days to start a support ticket via the website.  

I'm greeted with "Error, Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.  If the problem persists, please contact our helpdesk staff."  

Of course, I can't do that since I can submit a ticket.
